Guru Shasta is a sanctuary offering a variety of accommodations, creating a sense of home and community.
The Main House is the center of the retreat space and is graced with meditation gardens, a large luscious meadow lawn, gathering spaces, and accommodation spaces including beautifully designed wood cabins and canvas glamping tents.

Tonya is a birth and postpartum doula, yoga teacher (Kundalini, prenatal, and Yin), certified hypnotherapist, and sacred space holder devoted to transformation. Through her practice, Into Being, she supports women and birthing people as they move through powerful thresholds, whether bringing life into the world, healing the past, or stepping into a new version of self.
Rooted in movement, breath, and birth psychology, Tonya blends evidence-based care with spiritual wisdom to offer grounded, intuitive support. Her work invites deep presence, self-trust, and a return to what’s innately true.

Stephen Michael is the founder of Guru Shasta Sanctuary, a majestic forest preserve in the heart of Mount Shasta. Stephen is passionate about natural health and natural living. Trained in Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, Herbalism and the Shamanic arts Stephen brings a unique perspective to the spiritual community.
He currently offers the medicine of Rewilding as a discipline and way of being, allowing him to thrive in the modern world.

Guided hike to waterfall and swim and guided meditation in nearby sacred vortex
